• Day of coordination with Full white glove service

  • Early setup that will be ready before the reception

  • Option to help the photographer during photos ( as time permits)

  • Venue full set up; Chairs, tables, centerpieces, transportation of food & set up of food tables

  • Keep the reception flowing and ensure that we keep to a schedule

  • Help replenish food during the reception & give the parents of the couple a break to enjoy the event.

  • Helping the bride to feel at peace throughout the day & get her water/snacks as needed.

  • Making sure the family gets a break to enjoy the big day.

• Assistance moving items from locations or picking up items from the store (as needed)

  • Cakes, flowers, vases, etc

• On-site day of problem-solving

• Helping to prep & assemble the decorations

  • Putting pictures in frames helps find decor in stores or on Amazon

• Point of contact for Vendors (as needed)

• Help to ensure the emcee & DJ know the schedule and keep to it

  • I can also offer Emcee services

  • I can provide ‘DJ’ services if you make a playlist, and a speaker is provided

* I will stay after the event for clean up for an additional $50/ hour.
