Day of Coordinator $800

You all need a day-of coordinator because it is different than a venue coordinator. I show up, set up, execute, and clean up. This takes the biggest stress off your family!

This includes;

• Coming to the Venue on the morning of the event to set up, put out food, arrange tables & chairs, and set everything up as you like.

• 2-3 photo calls to talk about what the reception or ceremony will look like. This call is so we can get on the same page.

• During the event, lead the other vendors to ensure the flow of the event.

• Stay after the event for clean-up & follow the venue procedures.

Custom items to add on-

1. Soda Bar service $25

   • I can purchase all soda bar supplies (and get reimbursed) and make sure we have the right quantity based on the guest count.

   • I will serve sodas to guests from a menu you or I have created.

   • Ensure that everything runs smoothly and clean up after the event.

   2.Emcee/DJ Service $25

   • I will keep the event flowing and ensure the guests are having fun.

   • I have a speaker and mic I can provide as needed.

   • You create the playlist; I make the magic happen.
