• Day of coordination with Full white glove service

  • Early setup that will be ready before the reception

  • Venue fully set up; Chairs, tables, centerpieces, transportation of food & set up of food tables

  • Keep the reception flowing and ensure that we keep to a schedule

  • Help replenish food during the reception & give the parents of the couple a break to enjoy the event.

  • Helping the bride to feel at peace throughout the day & get her water/snacks as needed.

  • Making sure the family gets a break to enjoy the big day.

  • Staying after the event to clean up

• On-site day of problem-solving

• Create lists of decorations & other wedding items to purchase

• Point of contact for Vendors (as needed)

• Help to ensure the emcee & DJ know the schedule and keep to it

1. Emcee & DJ services $100

   • I will announce & emcee the wedding, lead games, and keep to the scheduled flow. My DJ service consists of you creating a playlist, and I will play it off a speaker that is provided. I have a DJ mixing feature and can fade songs in and out.

2. Soda Bar serving $200

   • I have several years of experience doing dirty soda bars. I can purchase the supplies and purchase the correct quantities based on guest numbers. You pay me back, and I do all the heavy lifting and front work. During your event, I can serve sodas to guests with speed and elegance.
